Save the Energy ResourcesAnother round of energy crisis is knocking at the door. In 20xx world oil consumption reached a new record causing oil price in the international market to skyrocket amazingly. As for China it was reported that many traditional mineral cities in northeastern China had run into predicament with their economy collapsed and workers unemployed only because coal had been mined out.
Fossil energy resources including coal oil and gas are unlike sunlight water power and wind power which are generated consistently. They're not practically reproductive during human history. Once consumed they're gone forever. If they were to be exhausted before we could find sufficient reproductive resources to replace them with we'd have to live in entire blackout again like our ancestors have done thousands of years ago. That's of course not what anyone would want to see.
Due to technical limitations people still have to utilize these resources now.
As a result we must economize them most cleverly. New techniques should be developed and applied to reduce energy cost in industry and daily life. Alternative energy should be employed wherever possible. Eradicate any practice that wastes energy. Humans have overcome so many crises in history and we're sure to win this time also.

Soon lambkin met the tiger and wolf . They cried : ‘Drumkin ,Have you seen lambkin? ’ ‘No, I wasn’t see him. ’ called the lambkin .They were angry because they had no lambkin to eat. The lambkin went on until he met the fox. The fox called out: ‘Drumkin! Have you seen lambkin? ’ Lambkin in his drumkin called back to him: ‘No, I wasn’t see him, he lost in the woods. ’ Now the fox could smell lambkin in the drumkin , he ran after the drumkin. But the drumkin rolled faster and faster until it had gone far away from the fox.
The story tells us that when we meet with difficulties, we must persist in trying to fight off difficulties .But sometimes you have to be wise to come up with clever ways to avoid difficulties. It’s like the wee lambkin. In the story , he is very clever. He makes a drumkin and then tricks the tiger ,the fox and the wolf. He is the one who has this clever talent to escape from the beast’s clutches. So his cleverness is worthy of our study.

Last Sunday, the day before Labor Day, we went to HaiChang Polar Aquarium. We left early in the morning. Since the traffic was so horrible, we arrived at lunch time.
We had a quick snack at the food stand and started “exploring”. See, the Aquariums in China are very different from the ones in America. In America, the whole aquarium is indoors. But in China, it is in outside and the exhibits are separated. We first went to the “Deep Sea Explorer” to see all kinds of fish in the ocean. The exhibit was dark and stuffy. There were all kinds of species of sharks, stingrays, and of course fish . Believe me, the sharks were so scary with their big bloody mouth and humongous tails that look like any moment the shark might thrash the glass open like a piece of paper! The stingrays were pretty graceful swimming up and down, but I thought they were fierce enough to sting your fingers off! The fish were all kinds of colors, but my favorite were the ones of silver that shone in the dark. We went to lots of exhibits like the dolphin Show, and polar animal stage and lots of things, but my own favorite is “The Comic stand” (歡樂秀場) It was basically a polar animals fun show race. The first one on stage was a sea walrus and it showed its silliness and even sprayed water to the host! The next one on stage is twin sea lions. They were so cute with they’re slick brown fur and soft muzzle. They performed underwater tricks, and my favorite trick was when one of the sea lions jumped up on the roof and did a flip when it came down. I took a bunch of pictures and almost clapped my hands off! The total score was 98 to 103 which means the sea lion twins won! What a wonderful race!
It was afternoon and we had to go home. We got a souvenir shark-biting-off-your-head hat. I will never forget this trip to the Polar aquarium because I learned a lot of facts. It is most important to protect these wonderful animals or else they will become extinct!
